How to Contribute
A financial contribution to the Macomb County Bar Foundation is an investment in a civilized society under law. There are many ways that you can contribute;
Become a Trustee:
Trustees contribute $150.00 a year and are provided voting privileges for the Foundation’s Governing Board of Directors. Trustees are recognized in the Macomb County Bar Association’s Bar Brief’s magazine on a quarterly basis and two scholarships are awarded to in the Trustees names.

Founders Plaque:
Founders plaque donors are memorialized with an engraved nameplate affixed to the art sculpture in the Macomb County Circuit Court. The sculpture has vacancies at the $250, $500, $750, $1000, and $5000 giving levels.
Macomb County Bar Association Membership Dues Check off:
Each year, over 400 members of the MCBA contribute $25 to the Foundation when they pay their MCBA membership dues adding to the significant number of lawyers that support law related education.
The Foundation Raffle:
The annual raffle provides three opportunities for people to win $10,000, $2500 or $1000. Tickets are $100 each with a maximum of 300 tickets to be sold for each raffle.
Donor Directed Scholarship Funds:
The Foundation is honored with the responsibility of keeping the memories of two Macomb County legends of the profession alive through scholarships and law related education programs.

Bequests made through your Will allow you, your family, or your client to make a donation as part of an estate plan. The Foundation may accept gifts in any form, including personal property, securities, life insurance, remainder trusts, etc.
Donor Directed Law Day Funds:
The MCBF is grateful for the many sponsors that contribute to Law Day. Many of our Law Day sponsors supported Law Day prior to the Foundation's exisence and continue to support it today.
Donor Directed Constitution Day Funds:
If you would like to donate funds to support Constitution Day activities please contact the Executive Director.
